The Villa

Our spacious 7 bedroom executive villa is located at the private gated community of Lake Berkley Resort. 

It has 2828 square feet of luxury accommodation which will exceed all of your requirements for a luxurious vacation.  The villa is fully air-conditioned throughout to ensure that guests relax and unwind in comfortable temperatures.

Our two-story villa is situated in a quiet enclave of homes and ours has the prime location on the lakefront of Lake Berkley. 

The villa itself is fully equipped with everything you should need to make your holiday as relaxing as possible.  It is spotlessly clean and well-maintained.

The accommodation boasts two living areas, a dining areas, a fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar, a privately screened 6ft deep heated outdoor pool with a large deck area,  an outdoor hot tub/spa, BBQ, 2 master en-suite bedrooms, 3 queen sized bedrooms and two twin bedrooms.  The 3 double and twin bedrooms share 2 bathrooms.  The furniture within the Villa is of top quality to ensure guest comfort at all times.  The house boasts 5 televisions three of which are 50" plasma's, wifi is available at no extra charge and the garage has been fully converted into a games room with a playstation 3.
