Our spacious and beautiful executive villa is located at the private gated community of Lake Berkley Resort. 

It has 2828 square feet of luxury accommodation which will exceed all of your requirements for a luxurious vacation.  The villa is fully air-conditioned throughout to ensure that guests relax and unwind in comfortable temperatures.

Our two-story villa is situated in a quiet enclave of homes and ours has the prime location on the lakefront of Lake Berkley. 

Our villa is spotlessly clean and well-maintained. The villa itself is fully equipped with everything you should need to make your holiday as relaxing as possible. 

The Accommodation boasts three living areas, two dining areas, a fully equipped kitchen, a privately screened 6ft deep heated outdoor pool with a large deck area,  an outdoor hot tub/spa, 2 master en-suite bedrooms, 2 double bedrooms and two twin bedrooms.  The 2 double and twin bedrooms share 2 bathrooms.  The furniture within the Villa is of top quality to ensure guest comfort at all times.
